Coaching

I help Executives and the next generation of Leaders fulfil their potential by raising their self-awareness and then their self-acceptance, as a platform from which to grow and thrive.

My speciality is helping introverted leaders ‘find their voice’.

My approach to coaching

At the heart of my most productive coaching assignments is a 3-stage journey:

Networking Workshops and talks with Neil Munz-Jones

Self-awareness

Understand yourself, not just your strengths and weaknesses, but also your values and what gives you / drains your energy

Self-acceptance

Get a good balance between feeling good about your strengths and accepting (but not overplaying) your weaknesses to give yourself a deep-rooted self-confidence

Growth

Armed with this renewed self-confidence, grow into a bigger and better version of yourself rather than trying to change into someone that is not an authentic version of you

My beliefs about coaching

Who I help?

  • Executives, Business Owners, Managers and the next generation of leaders

  • While my focus is the business sector I also coach across a number of sectors including professional services and the Not For Profit sector

How it works?

  • Each package is tailored in terms of ‘what’, ‘how long’ and ‘how much’, with sessions a blend of ‘in person’ or via Zoom.

  • Typically we agree to 6 sessions over a 6 to 9 month period.

  • My clients are always in control of whether and when to have the next session as its essential that they want to do it!

  • I have a mix of my own clients as well as working as an Associate Executive Coach with 10 Eighty and Inbeta
